The Lowdown on Lauren

Lauren_3months

-She does not like her car seat- not one little bit– unless, she is asleep of course. But that is a rare treat for us.

-She just started sleeping all night long, but does not care much for long naps during the day. Catnapping is okay with her. Not okay for mom.

-Her eyes are so blue, they almost look like they might have a purple hue. Beautiful.

-She still has my toes. Long and lean.

-She is stubbornly opposed to meals from the bottle. I just bought a new type of bottle, so I have renewed hope.

-She is showing signs of wanting to roll over. Which is pretty normal for 3-month-olds. As well as packing up the box of 0-3 month clothes. Sigh. For the last time.

Ooh - I recognize that dress!!!!!

Just look at that little tongue… so sweet.

Darn it about the cat naps… I’m sure it’s a phase and she’ll start taking longer naps soon. Any day in fact. And I predict that she will LOVE the new bottle.

(Just trying to be your encouraging older friend who’s been there…)

Oh - and then there’s this - love you, Sus!

Jamie didn’t like her carseat until she was four months old. It was like she just resigned herself to it. Lauren is absolutely beautiful. Lovely picture.

    she’s beautiful Susie.
At least there is sleeping through the night, that’s great. I’m sure the naps will come when her older sisters start wearing her out during play time. :) In my experience #3 eventually turns into the best sleeper. ;) Love the dress and the tongue.
and I hate packing up baby clothes.

    Gorgeous :)
I love the dress she is wearing. I can so relate to packing up the baby things. My SIL is having a baby soon so I am getting everything out for her. So sad this part of my life is coming to a close.
