Turning 30- the Real Deal Birthday

We’ve been saying I was going to do this jump for months…

Andy made the reservation two weeks ago…

And two days ago, the butterflies started.

And they got worse as my birthday day approached.

Because on my 30th birthday, I was jumping out of a plane.

Here’s the video of my skydive from this morning :)

It’s worth four minutes to see my squirrel face and me trying to show 30 with my hands, (even if it looks like 35 or that I’m throwing some kind of gangsta signs- I’m not).

By the way, it was REALLY really cool. Seriously, an exhilirating experience.

But I think I might plan a cruise for my fortieth :)

    I am such a dork because I am crying right now. Why? I don’t know why but I cried when I saw your video. I had goose bumps on my skin and tears in my eyes! Maybe it’s because I felt so proud of you for doing this and because seeing you do something on my What-to-do-before-I-die-list was just the coolest thing EVER!

    To jump out of a plan was what I was suppose to do when I turned 30 but I chickened out. But you have resurected this wish in me again! You amazed me today and HAPPY BELATED 30TH BIRTHDAY!!!
